Organisation

The company MARSIG was founded by developers, scientists as well as seafarers of the Institute for Safety Technology and Traffic Science in Rostock-Warnemünde.

The spin-off enabled the company to put more than 20 years of experience in engineering and research into products and commercial services.

Our current goals are to offer customer oriented services for systems, software and consulting services on the field of maritime engineering, safety, security and beyond.

The hard day to day work of our staff of experienced captains, officers, scientists, developers, as well as graduates of the University of Rostock are a sound foundation to realise these goals.

The company is owned by Dr.-Eng. Dirk Dreissig and Grad.-Eng. Stefan Hein.
